Whats the spec of your pc and what changes did you make to your pc just before the crash started happening and from the last time you played the game first you should update your gpu drivers im betting you have an nvidia gpu they are notorious for not running good in windows 10 get amd next time secondly is your game cracked? Is it retail? REINSTALL THE GAME and copy your save files before u do thirdly are u running mods?
Disable mods 4th. Turn of msi afterburner or other third party apps 5th right click on start and click run type msconfig select NORMAL STARTUP do that, then try to run the game again.
